Why Pittsburgh Is A Strong Housing Market
Evidently, according to Nationwide’s recent Health of Housing Markets Report, Pittsburgh leads the list of 373 metropolitan areas in terms of being a strong housing market.
Analysts considered a number of factors, including employment, mortgages and the growth of housing prices.
Other top real estate markets mentioned in the report included:
- Burlington, NC
- Idaho Falls, Idaho
And here’s a fun fact: Erie and Johnstown were among the 10 markets that improved the most. And Wheeling, W.Va., was one of the 10 markets that fell the most in the past year, according to Nationwide.
Pittsburgh: A Great Place to Be a Home Seller
